The mission of The Burn Brigade Prescribed Burn Association is to build local capacity for the safe and effective use of prescribed fire through education, cooperation, and shared resources. We support landowners in the restoration and management of fire-adapted grasslands, oak savannas, and woodlands. Our work relies on active community participation in shared stewardship that enhances ecological health, working lands, and community safety.
